The printed price is the face value which is the original value. Prices are set by sellers and may sit above or below face value depending on different factors.

Most deliveries are electronic and go to the email address you gave at checkout, usually in the week of the event. We email you the estimated time of delivery via email.

Seats are allocated in pairs unless a listing says single seats only. For groups of three or more we do our best to seat you together, but it cannot be guaranteed.

You do not need to do anything — your tickets stay valid for the new date. If the organiser officially cancels the event, we email you the available options, including a full refund.
