Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 This website, www.yourticketlive.com (the “Site”), and its related services (the “Services”) are owned and operated jointly by W.E.T LLC and Cinnamon Events LLC (together, “Your Ticket Live,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our contact details, including our support and delivery email addresses, are available on the Contact Us page of the Site at Contact us, where you can find everything you need to reach us.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Vendor / Broker Terms, constitute a legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Buyer”) and the Company. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or purchasing through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1.3 You certify that you are of legal age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. You undertake not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, and not to use it in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or network connected to the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. The submission of false personal details is strictly prohibited by law.
1.4 We do not provide Services to persons or countries subject to applicable U.S. sanctions or trade-control laws.
1.5 Headings are for convenience only. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, and we may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. You should review these Terms periodically.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1 Your Ticket Live is a leading secondary ticket marketplace. Prices are set by sellers and may be above or below face value. Your Ticket Live is a marketplace and the prices listed on this Site reflect the degree of difficulty in obtaining these tickets. Tickets are supplied by professional ticket brokers, agents, and suppliers we work with, and in some cases from the Company’s own inventory.
2.2 Your Ticket Live is not connected to any box office and is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of the venues, teams, performers, leagues, or organizations whose tickets appear on the Site. All third-party names and marks are used for descriptive purposes only.
2.3 Any information and content made available through the Site is published as a service and is subject to updates from time to time. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information, or of schedules, event dates, seating maps, or other third-party data, and you are requested to verify it independently. Event dates and times are subject to change by the official organizer and are outside our control; you are advised to check the correct date and time and make your own arrangements.
3. The Your Ticket Live Guarantee
3.1 To buyers. We guarantee to deliver valid tickets in time for the event. In the rare instance that a problem arises and the original seller does not provide the tickets listed, we may, at our discretion, source comparably priced replacement tickets in the same or a higher category at no additional cost; we may instead provide replacement tickets in a lower category and refund you the difference in category value; or, if we cannot provide replacement tickets, issue you a refund. Where we fail to deliver a valid ticket to the event for reasons attributable to the Company or the seller, our liability is limited to a refund of up to 120% of the price paid for each ticket not delivered. Delivering a comparable or better ticket to the event (even if not the exact location ordered) does not constitute a failure to deliver.
3.2 Worse or non-adjacent seats. If, in rare cases, you receive tickets rated worse than ordered, we will reimburse the difference based on the prices published on the Site on the day of your purchase; if you receive better tickets, you will not be charged extra. If seats are not adjacent when adjacency was expected, you will be reimbursed between 3% and 5% of the ticket price based on the distance between the seats (this does not apply to tickets described as singles).
3.3 To sellers. When a seller sells tickets through the Site, provided the seller delivers the exact tickets listed and the buyer successfully gains entry to the event, we guarantee the seller will be paid for the sale. Sellers are paid 7 days after the event if delivery to the buyer was successful. We reserve the right to withhold payment where we have a good-faith basis to believe a sale was unlawful or made in material violation of this Agreement.
4. Registration and Account
4.1 Certain Services require registration. To register you must provide your full name, address (including state/country), phone number, email address, and any other information we reasonably require.
4.2 You will need a username and password to access certain areas of the Site. Maintaining the security of your username and password is your responsibility, and we are not responsible for any action taken under your username or password. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Site, or to any part of it, to any user, in our sole discretion and without prior notice.
5. Privacy and Communications
5.1 We are committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Site; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information. Except as set out there or in these Terms, your personal information is treated as confidential, but you agree that we may disclose information about you where we believe in good faith it is required by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others. This Site is secured to the PCI DSS standard.
5.2 Call monitoring. If you reside in the United States, you understand and agree that we may, without further notice and in our discretion, monitor or record telephone conversations you (or anyone acting on your behalf) have with us or our agents for quality-control, training, or protection purposes. Not all calls are recorded, and we do not guarantee that any particular recording will be retained or retrievable.
6. Fees
6.1 Any applicable service, handling, or delivery fees are disclosed to you before you complete a purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is due under the Guarantee or as required by law.
6.2 If you change your delivery address after purchase, or provide an incorrect address, you are responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred in re-arranging delivery, which may be charged to your payment method.
7. Buying Tickets
7.1 You are responsible for reading the complete listing before purchasing. When you place an order you make a binding offer and enter into a binding contract to purchase the selected tickets; your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email (normally within 1 business days). All sales are final; except for canceled events as described in Section 12, you will not receive a refund, and you cannot change or cancel an order once complete.
7.2 The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase and may exceed the ticket’s face value. Listed prices are per ticket unless stated otherwise. Currency-conversion figures shown are estimates and may differ slightly from the amount charged by your bank; the final charge is in the currency applicable to the order.
7.3 Single-category seating. If you select a single-ticket category, each ticket may be located anywhere in the venue and seats together are not guaranteed.
7.4 Pairs. If you select a category marked “seats together,” tickets are guaranteed together in pairs only; if you buy more than two under one order, only pairs are guaranteed together (other pairs are not guaranteed near each other). A guaranteed pair may be side-by-side, one behind the other, or diagonal (one row apart).
7.5 Categories. The categories we use may not match those used by the event organizer, and you cannot derive rights from category class or ranking; you accept tickets per the category and map description shown on our event page. Where our category differs, you will receive seating of equal or better value than the category purchased.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment is made by valid credit or debit card (or other methods shown at checkout) approved by us or our payment provider. Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer, or the order may be rejected. Purchasing by card does not grant any right to cancel outside these Terms, and any attempt to defraud us will be met with legal action to recover all losses and legal fees.
8.2 Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method.
9. Delivery of Tickets
9.1 You are responsible for providing a correct, secure delivery address and contact details. You must inform us of the final delivery details, or any change, no later than 5 days before the event by emailing [email protected]; only a reply from us accepting the change is treated as an accepted new address. Because tickets are often released close to the event, delivery may occur 1–7 days before, or occasionally on, the event day.
9.2 Delivery methods may include: (A) local or international courier (recipient’s signature required); (B) private courier / hand delivery to an address or hotel in the event city (signature required); (C) collection at the venue box office or a pick-up point from one of our representatives (you must attend to collect; failure to collect means no refund); (D) e-tickets uploaded to your account for you to download and print (it is your responsibility to download and print them in time); and (E) mobile tickets sent by email or through the application the event organizer designates for ticket distribution — where an official app is required, you must download and register on it, and a seller’s transfer confirmation is accepted as proof of sending.
9.3 For some events the ticket type may differ (paper, member card, e-ticket, mobile); the seller may substitute the ticket type after booking at no extra cost, and you must accept any valid type delivered.
9.4 Hotel delivery. For hotel delivery you must provide a correct and secure address and ensure that someone is available to sign; please authorize hotel reception or the concierge to accept and hold the envelope on your behalf, and inform the hotel to expect the delivery. Shipment via courier or other third party is at your risk, and we are not liable for delays, damage, or loss by the third party delivering the tickets.
9.5 We are not responsible for undelivered tickets caused by incorrect address information you provided (in which case no refund is due). If you do not accept or collect tickets sent to you and they are returned to us, you are deemed to have waived your right to delivery, remain liable for the full purchase price, and must compensate us for return-shipment costs. Where tickets cannot be delivered, they may be made available for collection at the venue box office or a pick-up point.
10. Seat Locations, Comparable Seating, Member Tickets and Season Cards
10.1 The categories, seating charts, and specific seats shown are a guide; exact block, row, and seat numbers cannot always be known in advance and may differ from the organizer’s categories. Some categories may include standing areas, which is an arrangement set by the official organizer, not by us.
10.2 Substitution. We may substitute or upgrade seats with comparable or better locations without your prior approval if those ordered become unavailable; seats will not be downgraded without your consent or an agreed discount. (Reimbursement for worse or non-adjacent seats is set out in Section 3.2.)
10.3 Lost tickets. Keep tickets away from sunlight and follow any printed instructions; tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
10.4 Member tickets. Where “member tickets” (belonging to a club member who has authorized their use) are delivered, they are valid for entry, and you must return them using the envelope provided (left at hotel reception or handed to the collecting courier). Failure to return them may result in a penalty of up to 50Eur.
10.5 Season cards. If you fail to return a season card within 24 hours of the event concluding, you agree we may charge a “failure to return” fee of 200Eur per season card to your payment method, in addition to the amount paid for the tickets.
11. Buyer Claims
If you receive tickets that are not those ordered, or tickets that are invalid and not honored at the venue, contact us to report the issue within 7 days of receiving the tickets, or within 48 hours after the event date (and within 48 hours of any incident on the event day); otherwise the issue is no longer covered by the Guarantee. You may be required to complete a Dispute Claim Form and provide supporting information, returned within 5 working days, in order to claim a refund. We reserve the right to prohibit anyone who brings a fraudulent claim from further access to the Site.
12. Postponed, Rescheduled and Canceled Events
12.1 Postponed or rescheduled events. Tickets remain valid for the new date, no new tickets are issued, and — because these changes are made by the official organizer and are outside our control — no refunds are given. You are advised to check the correct date and time and make your own arrangements.
12.2 Canceled events. We are not responsible or liable if an event is canceled or rescheduled due to reasons beyond our control, such as adverse weather, strikes, civil disturbances, epidemics, or decisions made by competent authorities or the organizers. Where the underlying tickets are refundable by the organizer, we will pass through any refund we are able to recover; our customer service will contact you with instructions.
12.3 Other changes. We are not responsible for partial performances or for changes to the venue, line-up, or time of an event, and no refunds are issued in these instances. We are not responsible for related expenses such as travel or accommodation; if arranging travel, purchase flexible fares.
13. Assumption of Risk and Conduct at Events
You attend events at your own risk, and we are not liable for damage or injury suffered while traveling to, from, or attending an event, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct. You are solely responsible for confirming the correct date, time, and pick-up details, and for abiding by the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct of the venue, organizer, and local authorities; we are not liable if you are denied entry or expelled for reasons attributable to you or to the organizer. You will not be provided with replacement tickets in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Except for our obligations to you as the registered buyer, we have no liability to any third party using the purchased tickets.
14. Seller Obligations
14.1 Selling on the Site is limited to professional brokers, agents, and suppliers we approve, who must accept the Vendor Terms. By listing tickets, a seller represents and warrants that the tickets are valid and authentic, that the seller owns them or is authorized to sell them, and that all listing information (event, date, section, row, price, face value) is accurate and complete.
14.2 By listing a ticket, a seller makes a binding offer to sell it at the listed price and, when a buyer purchases, is contractually bound to deliver that exact ticket within the required timeframe. Sellers may not cancel an order and repost the same tickets at a higher price. Seller payment is governed by Section 3.3 and the Vendor Terms.
15. Investigations, Remedies and Adjustments
15.1 We may investigate complaints and suspected violations of these Terms, and you agree to cooperate. We may report activity we believe to be illegal or in breach of these Terms to appropriate law-enforcement officials, regulators, or authorized third parties.
15.2 We reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms, including blocking access from a particular internet address.
15.3 Adjustments. If a sale is canceled, we reasonably believe you committed fraud or an illegal act, you fail to deliver the exact tickets on time, you send invalid or counterfeit tickets, or you otherwise owe us amounts or breach these Terms, you authorize us to withhold payment or charge your payment method for amounts owed and all resulting costs (including replacement tickets, refunds, and buyer or seller compensation), with a minimum charge of 30eur per ticket. We may deduct amounts you owe from amounts we owe you.
16. Laws and Regulations
You warrant that you will comply with all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of the Site and the purchase or resale of tickets, that you are over 18, and that you have the legal capacity to transact. This Site is controlled and operated from the United States; those who access it from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law. We reserve the right to restrict certain secondary-market sales where required by law.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS (INCLUDING THE GUARANTEE), THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY FAILED DELIVERY IS THE GUARANTEE IN SECTION 3. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR FOR FRAUD.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and third-party content providers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your use of the Site, your listings or purchases, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Intellectual Property and User Content
19.1 All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, illustrations, the “Your Ticket Live” name and marks, and software (the “Content”) — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Content is for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may make one copy for personal use but may not otherwise copy, sell, publish, reproduce, distribute, re-transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the Content, or provide access to it to others, without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or license in our intellectual property to you.
19.2 The use of automated systems or software to extract data from the Site (“screen scraping”) is strictly prohibited.
19.3 If you submit any content to the Site (“User Content”), you represent that you own or control the necessary rights to it and that it is lawful and non-infringing, and you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site and its promotion. We may, but need not, monitor, edit, or remove User Content.
20. Force Majeure
Any shortcoming in the performance of the Services cannot be attributed to a party where it is not due to that party’s fault or responsibility under the law or these Terms. The Company may invoke force majeure where its shortcoming results in whole or in part from war, mobilization, riots, flooding, fire, accidents, strikes, occupations, epidemics or pandemics, measures set by government, non-delivery of required tickets to the Company by third parties, or other unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control.
21. Change or Suspension; Termination
21.1 We may refuse access to the Site, suspend, or terminate our arrangement with you at any time, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, including for any breach of these Terms; on termination you must immediately cease using the Site. We may also cease supplying Services and cease operating the Site, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
21.2 Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those on intellectual property, the guarantee, seller payment, warranties, liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Boca Raton, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
23. General
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Vendor / Broker Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, void, or invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay in exercising any right operates as a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. The controlling language of these Terms is English. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms.
