Before you buy — the essentials
- Dates can move. Changes to the date or start time are decided by the organiser, not by YourTicketLive. Your tickets stay valid for the new date, and a rescheduled event is not refunded.
- Seats are allocated in pairs. Unless a listing says single seats, seats come in pairs. The exact block, row and seat numbers are confirmed at delivery. Need three or more seats side by side? Contact us before you buy.
- We are an independent marketplace. YourTicketLive is not affiliated with any club, venue or official box office. Prices are set by sellers and often differ from the value printed on the ticket.
- Orders are final. Once an order is approved we confirm your tickets straight away, so paid orders cannot be cancelled.
- Delivery is guaranteed in time for the event. Most deliveries are electronic and go to the email address you gave at checkout. We email you the estimated delivery time, and your tickets always arrive before the event.
- Try the official channel first. If the event is sold out or restricted to members, YourTicketLive is a safe way in — every order is covered by our guarantee.
