History
Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur — Spurs — are one of England's traditional big clubs, playing under the proud motto Audere est Facere ("To Dare Is To Do"). Spurs have won two English league titles — including the celebrated 1961 Double, the first of the 20th century — along with eight FA Cups and four League Cups.
